We are entrepreneurs who have lived in Madrid for many years and are well aware of the tourism world in the city and beyond.
The idea of offering tourists both a sense of safety and personalized service — with no waiting in line — is a wonderful one.
Implementing the Idea
The website, which appears simple and modest, was built specifically for travelers who wish to receive the best service based on trust, safety, and legal enforcement in Spain.
Our taxi drivers are polite, and some even speak English — an important detail!
In addition, airport transfers from Madrid to your hotel are an essential service, more important than one might think.
The goal is to start your trip on the right foot and not end up with an angry, anti-system driver. That’s the intention.
The driver will wait for you at the airport holding a sign with the name you chose.
The taxi drivers are following your flight number in real time regarding any flight delays or early landings.
They are also aware of the number of suitcases you have and will wait longer if necessary to collect large luggage items from the baggage carousel.
There is a maximum waiting time of 90 minutes from the moment of landing — not something to be taken for granted.
Managing a specialized taxi service for tourists in Madrid is a new field that will undoubtedly grow and soon expand to other cities in Spain and Europe as a whole.
Prices
The slogan: “Don’t take a chance — ride safely” is real and requires a strict selection of taxi drivers in Madrid — drivers who are not anti-system and who are friendly to tourists.
Prices are higher than regular taxis, which often require a (sometimes long) queue at the airport.
But prices are lower than other private taxi services that offer sign-waiting and personalized service (not to mention the safety aspect).
